BUYER INFORMATION:
Qualified Buyers must present 2 of the following and a photo ID at registration:
- A copy of a retail business license
or occupational license.
- A federal tax I.D. number
- Invoices totaling over $2000 from the
past 12 months.
- Business employees must furnish 3 cancelled
payroll checks.

Can you bring a guest?
Yes,
any qualified buyer may bring a guest to
any Mahone Associates Shows. A fee of $20
cash is charged per guest per day.

Is there a fee for a
qualified buyer to attend?
No. The market(s) in Charlotte and
Charleston are free to qualified buyers.
The only fee is for guests and parking.

Can I attend if I am
the spouse of a business owner?
Yes, you may attend with matching
personal I.D.

Can more than one employee
attend?
Yes, you may bring any full time
employee. Proof of employment is required.

Do I need to bring all
of the above documentation if I have attended
a Mahone
Associates Show in the past?
No. If you have attended in the past
and are receiving mailings from Mahone Associates,
you only need to bring your photo I.D. Registered
buyers should receive badges in the mail.

Are children allowed?
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the exhibit halls at any
time for any reason. Infants up to 1 year of age are allowed in the show
but must be carried in a baby carrier or sling while on the premises. An
infant release form/waver must be signed by the legal parent or guardian.
No strollers allowed. Owner's and/or Buyer's Children, ages 12 - 15 are
not issued badges, however, they are allowed to gain entrance with their
parents, free of charge. Proof of age required. Children 16 and over are
not issued buyer badges, but are subject to the Guest Requirements.
